Our basecamp is located on the edge of Gramais, featuring private parking and access to all hiking trails, the cross-country ski track, the ski lift, and more—all within a maximum five-minute walk. We have no immediate neighbors and enjoy a direct view of the Roßkar. You have your own entrance and outdoor area, allowing you to enjoy your getaway in complete privacy.
